Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrades apply immediately, downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can switch monthly and yearly at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner Airwallex.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled anytime from your customer portal. Yearly plans save you 2 months.
How many stores can I connect?
Starter covers 1 main store plus 1 shared branch. Professional covers up to 5 store locations. Beyond 5 stores — or multi-brand groups — the Custom plan applies volume pricing.
Do you offer onboarding help?
Custom engagements include guided onboarding, a dedicated success manager and bespoke integration support. Starter and Professional include software updates and technical assistance.
